1. About Us

These Terms govern your use of memorino.co and any purchases made from Memorino LTD, registered in England and Wales. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Contract

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur; in such cases a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on memorino.co are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate (20%). Prices are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept payment via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely by PayPal. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are: Standard (2–3 working days), Express (1–2 working days), Next Day (order by 9pm). Memorino is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

6. Returns & Your Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel an order from the day you receive it, and a further 14 days to return the item. Memorino offers an extended 30-day returns policy for unused items. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will repair or replace the item. Beyond 6 months, you must demonstrate the fault existed at purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Memorino's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
