Standard Delivery
FREE over £50 · £2.99 underTracked delivery to your door. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Express Delivery
£3.99Priority dispatch. Orders placed before 9pm are guaranteed to leave our warehouse the same day.
Next-Day Delivery
£6.99Order by 9pm for guaranteed next working day delivery. 1-hour delivery window notifications sent by DPD.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 9pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left our warehouse. Standard orders are tracked via Royal Mail. Express and Next-Day orders are tracked via DPD with 1-hour delivery window SMS alerts.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.
Failed Delivery
If you're not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office. Most carriers will make a second delivery attempt the following working day.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will raise an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
