30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day returns window — no questions asked for unused items.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Unused items in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Items with all accessories, manuals and original seals intact.
  • Faulty or damaged items (please contact us within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Items that are not as described.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items that have been opened and used (unless faulty).
  • Digital licences or software that have been activated.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items damaged by misuse or accidental damage.

How to Return — Step by Step

Contact Us

Email returns@memorino.co with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.

Get Your Label

We'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label within 1 business day.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it at any Post Office.

Refund Issued

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days. We refund the full product price plus any standard delivery cost paid. Return postage is free on our prepaid label.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please photograph any damage and email returns@memorino.co within 48 hours of delivery.
